Our request-a-free-estimate form collects five pieces of information: your full name, phone number, email, address, and the service you are requesting. The address field refers to the project address where the work would be performed. You may also add optional project details, such as lot size, slope, existing lawn, pets, or timing.

Separately, the form offers two optional, unchecked text-message consent checkboxes: one for marketing messages and one for non-marketing estimate and scheduling messages. Both are optional and unchecked by default, and submitting the form does not depend on either consent.

We use the contact data and project address you provide to understand your project, prepare an estimate, and schedule an on-site assessment or follow-up call. Your email and phone number let us reach you about your inquiry. The service request helps us route the right conversation and prepare relevant questions before we visit.

Submitting an inquiry is a request for an estimate, not a booking or a construction contract. Estimates require a property assessment and a written scope before any work is scheduled.

We may share information with service providers that support our business operations, such as customer service, scheduling, or estimate tools, only as needed to perform those support services on our behalf. These providers act under our instructions and are limited to the access needed for that support.

We do not sell your information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. This page does not promise absolute security.

We keep estimate information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver an estimate, schedule any agreed work, and handle related follow-up. If you ask us to stop, we will remove or limit further use of your contact details where practical.

Your text-message consent preferences are retained with your form data. You can change or withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a message or by calling us. Withdrawing consent will not affect the processing of any estimate you have already requested.
