What to share
What helps us assess your project?
The five fields on the form—Full Name, Phone Number, Email, Address, and Service Request—are enough to start. Address means the project address where the work would happen. Service Request defaults to Artificial Grass Installation and lists all five services so you can pick the closest fit.
Photos, a rough area, and intended use can be discussed later, during the assessment. We do not add fields to the form; if a detail matters for the quote, we gather it on site. The two text-message consent checkboxes are optional and unchecked; consenting is not required to request a quote or purchase.

What should I prepare before I request an estimate?
A rough idea of the area, how the space is used, and your timing helps. You do not need measurements or photos to start—we gather those at the on-site assessment. If you have lot plans, an HOA packet, or photos handy, we can discuss them during the visit.
Which service should I choose on the form?
Pick the service closest to your goal: Artificial Grass Installation for a residential lawn, Pet-Friendly Artificial Turf for a dog area, Custom Putting Greens for a practice green, Commercial Artificial Grass for a business property, or Repair & Maintenance for existing turf. We confirm the right fit at the assessment.
How is a project scheduled after the estimate?
Scheduling happens after you accept a written quote, based on weather, material availability, and our install calendar. Requesting an estimate is not a booking or a contract. We do not guarantee a start date at the inquiry stage.
Is an estimate the same as booked work?
No. The on-site assessment and written quote are free and carry no obligation. Work is scheduled only after you accept a written scope. The form and a call both start the same process.
